刚看到的 FreeBSD 8 的发布计划，Beta1已经面世

刚刚才看到Ken Smith发到freebsd-stable的邮件，得知FreeBSD 8 beta1已经于7月7日面世。邮件的一段节选：
 
The first public test build of the FreeBSD 8.0-RELEASE test cycle is now available, 8.0-BETA1.  Through the next week or so
more information about the release will be posted but here is the current target schedule for the other 'major events':
 BETA2:    July 13, 2009
 BETA3:    July 20, 2009
 RC1:    July 27, 2009
 RC2:    August 17, 2009
 RELEASE:August 31, 2009
 
根据计划，FB8 很快就将要发布（刚刚用上7没几天...），不知道这次的误差能有多少。按照美国时间，明天就是BETA 2放出的时间，不知道是否能守时。
另外，感觉最近FB的开发速度加快很多。
