Job Title: Automation QA Engineer at EA-Playfish China (Beijing) 
  
Job Summary:

Work Scope: 
1. Define , create, maintain test plans including the test strategy, test methodologies/tools, execute test tasks and analyze & report the results of execution; including Automation and black-box testing 
2. Define , monitor and modify existing quality processes to improve the efficiency 
4. Develop, implement and update QA test cases and test tools 
5. Use internal bug tracking and test case management system to manage the bugs and test cases 
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high quality projects 
  
Required Knowledge and Skills: 
1. Require BS or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related majors 
2. Be highly responsible, proactive and utilise their own initiative
3. 3+ years experience in software testing, including 2+ years in test automation development, have 2 languages at least in Java, Java Scripts, Action Script programming experience on Windows or Mac 
4. Strong organizational skills, good English verbal and written communication skills 
5. Have strong experience in Scrum or Agile software development lifecycle 
6. Rich experience of automation testing covering black-box and grey-box testing. 
7. Strong problem analysis and determination capability in software and project processes   

Desired Knowledge and Skills: 
1. Have experience in Flash based testing

2. Have strong understanding for Windows and Mac development debug tools 
3. Have experience in automation framework development and usage. 

4. Have a desire to learn and share knowledge and experience with other team members.

5. A strong interest in social gaming
