感觉在中国软件开发水平相对还比较落后，不过比软件开发水平更落后的是测试。
不知道大家公司的测试情况怎么样。

XX  我  做测试需不需要会编程？
我  XX  我们公司的都不会，
XX  我  自动化测试呢？
XX  我  那测试不是大妈大婶都能做？
我  XX  难道你们公司没有测试？
XX  我  有，几个厉害的做测试的都跑了新来的不会编程
我  XX  测试主要是流程控制的一部分，也做归档什么的（我们公司没有流程控制专员）。
我  XX  理论上做测试需要懂一些编程，不过大多数公司的不懂，连自动化工具都没几个会用的。
我  XX  不要苛求了:)
XX  我  没办法，我希望他们会点，不用我从头开始解释什么叫面对对象，什么叫模块导入，什么叫 PATH 路径。。。。
XX  我  好像已经有公司开始聘请家庭主妇当测试 ：）

其实我主要是觉得最后一句比较有意思，"好像已经有公司开始聘请家庭主妇当测试"。
一个软件如果可以简单到让家庭主妇也能顺利操作，那应当是一件很了不起的事情。
但现实情况是很多公司的测试太缺乏规范，比用家庭主妇做高级不了多少。

估计大公司对这块比较重视，以前听说北京中软，就专门给IBM等公司做一些外包
测试。

没有实践怎么会明白测试驱动开发的好处呢？

我是十分同意编写测试代码要比调试要来得省时间的。因为启动调试环境就是一个不小的消耗，而且为了解决一个错误一般不只一次启动调试环境。

再者在调试的时候过程中每一步你都要在心里估算正确结果应该是什么。

不过，我还是最喜欢测试带来的一个好处，避免重复错误的出现 ^_^

十分喜欢测试，只是我们公司也只有我一个人在用... 要推广开来就不是那么容易了

我们公司好像比较重视测试，至少我们组的测试人员比开发的多。
不过好像多是黑盒测试，单元测试就得靠开发的自己做了。

如果有自动测试就可以开展持续集成。
